How to request: Email beyondthesea4565@gmail.com with your order number within 90 days of delivery. Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Returns: To receive a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once your return is confirmed, your refund will be processed.

Refund processing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items: Contact us right away at beyondthesea4565@gmail.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
